ISC FCE Management Platform
An evaluation environment for the Registration Tool Temporary Working Group. Provided by Start Tech Agency. It covers the two scopes the ISC put out separately, and either can be approved without the other.
This is a working application, not a slide show. A real database, real permissions checked on the server, and work that is still there when you come back tomorrow. Signing in takes one click and an email address of your choosing: there is no password to invent and no account to wait for.
Nothing in it is real. Every person, event, national federation and licence number is invented for this evaluation, and the FAI Sporting Licence check talks to a clearly labelled mock, never to an FAI system.

The two scopes
Scope A — Bid to Bulletin
Drafting a bid on the FCEAD Annex 2 form, keeping it confidential, involving the NAC, submitting it, the November review, approval, the Plenary, the Organiser Agreement Request and both Official Information Bulletins.
Scope B — Registration and Reporting
Provisional entries, final entries, people and teams, the Appendix 1 sporting rules, FAI Sporting Licence validation, fees, the seven role reports and communications.

Look at the shared reference workspace without signing in, if you would rather see it before you touch it. It is read only, so nobody can spoil it for the next evaluator.
