Guided evaluation

Ten steps, in the order the work actually happens. Each one says why it matters, which role to be, what to do, what you should see, and which requirement it demonstrates.

Step 1 of 10

J1. An organiser drafts a bid in confidence

Why this step matters
Show that a bid can be written over several sittings on the FCEAD Annex 2 form, and that nobody outside the organiser can see it while it is a draft.
Act as
Bidding Organiser
What to do
Open FCEs and bids, create a bid, complete a section or two and save. Then look at the sharing panel and invite a colleague by email address.
What you should see
The bid saves section by section. It appears for your organisation only. A recipient of a share can read or comment but can never re-share.
Requirement demonstrated
Bid FRS FR-001 to FR-006: drafting on the official form, saving progress, confidentiality of drafts, controlled sharing.

All ten steps

Every link above goes to the working screen, not to a mock of it. If a screen refuses you, that is the server applying the permission model, and it is a result worth recording.
