J3. Submission into the ISC review
- Why this step matters
- Show the submission deadline, the blocked window and the late bid rule working as real behaviour rather than as labels.
- Act as
- ISC 1st Vice President
- What to do
- Set the simulated date on the workspace screen, then try to submit a bid before 1 November, inside the blocked window, and after 7 December.
- What you should see
- Submission is open, refused, then accepted as a late bid needing a two thirds majority. Reviewers are assigned and the review clock starts.
- Requirement demonstrated
- Bid FRS FR-007, FR-008 and FR-015: the submission window, the blocked period and reviewer assignment.
