Guided evaluation
Ten steps, in the order the work actually happens. Each one says why it matters, which role to be, what to do, what you should see, and which requirement it demonstrates.
Step 5 of 10
J5. Organiser Agreement and the two bulletins
- Why this step matters
- Show the Organiser Agreement Request generated from the approved bid, and both Official Information Bulletins with inherited fields locked.
- Act as
- FAI Controller
- What to do
- Generate and send the Organiser Agreement Request, then open Bulletin 1, edit an organiser field, and try to edit an inherited field.
- What you should see
- Inherited content carried from the approved bid is locked to the organiser and editable only by the FAI Controller or the 1st Vice President.
- Requirement demonstrated
- FCEAD 2.3, 2.4.4 and 3.1: the Organiser Agreement Request, inherited bulletin content and the publication deadlines.
